Bourbon Steelhead

Ingredients:

  • 2 Natural or Ruby Red Steelhead Fillets

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 ounce bourbon

Preparations:

  • Mix marinade ingredients and place in tupperware approximately the size of the fish fillet. Marinate fillet for 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
  • Pre-heat grill when ready. Remove from marinade and grill fish skin side down on aluminum foil for about 5 minutes, then turn for another 2 minutes.
  • Fillets can also be pan-fried. Fillets should be fork-tender when finished. Discard remaining marinade.
