Dry Rubbed Asian Steelhead

Ingredients:

• 2 Natural or Ruby Red Steelhead Fillets thawed
• Detached butter
• 2 ounces of currie powder
• 1 tablespoon tomeric
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
• 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
• 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparations:

• Mix ingredients well then press fillets into mixture to coat.
• Place detached pats of butter in frying pan and heat on med/high.
• Place coated fillets in hot pan and brown both sides, just enough to lightly crisp, 1 min. each side.
• Then place in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
• Salt to taste.
