Steelhead Bacon Corn Husks
Ingredients:
4 Steelhead Trout Fillets
4 fresh corn husks
8 strips of bacon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
kitchen twine
Preparations:
Preheat grill for medium heat. Season with black pepper. Put two slices of bacon on each fillet along with one teaspoon of butter already attached to fillet. Close husks and secure with kitchen twine.
Place corn husks on pre-heated grill and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until fish is cooked through. Remove from heat and serve.
